Nevermind the fact that I just made a weak fold and I probably would've won the hand. Check out the flop fold.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t300 (4 handed)

SB (t940)
BB (t5010)
UTG (t940)

Preflop: Hero is Button with A/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, 9/images/graemlins/heart.gif.
UTG raises to t800, Hero folds, SB folds, BB calls t500.

Flop: (t1750) 9/images/graemlins/spade.gif, 3/images/graemlins/heart.gif, 3/images/graemlins/spade.gif (2 players)
BB checks, UTG bets t140 (All-In), BB folds.

He's either smart enough to let the bubble continue so he can continuously steal blinds or really stupid. I've seen some really stupid things like this before and it doesn't usually hit me as collusion when it happens usually, just a bit annoying. Sometimes a very short stack (2x-3xbb) will call out of position and then fold to a min raise.

I was shortstacked at 220 chips. Blinds are 50/100. I was BB. SB is big stack with around 3000. He raises to 200. I have something like 86o. I reraise all-in to 220. He FOLDS. Yes, that's right, he folded to a 20 chip reraise.

When I see stuff like this happen I:

1. check to see (using Find Player option at Stars) if the player is multitabling.

2. take a note of the two players involved.

3. check my records to see if they are winning players, but,

4. assume that it was almost certainly an bad player (probably) multitabling.

Yeah, he definitely wasn't capable of a move like this for strategy reasons. He also would not make this fold. He's very loose and agressive.

He said he hit the wrong button, and I believe him. But that's what a cheater would say too.

I'd say

p(wrong button)= .8
p(collusion)= .19
p(really dumb)= .01

Report it to Party Poker, I'm sure they can see if these guys have a history of playing together. I know I've reported a few to PokerStars and despite none of them turning out to be collusion, they do a damn good job. They can see if they use the same computer/credit cards, how often they have played together, if they have sent each other money, and they can re-play the tournament with the cards up to see if any collusion occurred.
