I dont understand why you cap the flop. You have a draw to the second best flush and a backdoor straight draw. An overcard too but I doubt that'd be any good with all the draws out there. Why not bet the turn? You become open ended there and none of them seem to like it so you might pick it up there.

I'm new here so I'm just asking why my line of thinking is wrong.

Four to a flush, you have to bet, especially when it's the second nut flush. He has position, which makes it even better.

Hey Greg,
The only thing I might (stress might) have done differently would be to bet the turn when you pick up an additional 6 outs. Your pot equity is ginormous. I'm really not sure though. Any thoughts?

Looks pretty good. Bet the turn when you pick up the OESD.
