J9o. I was so pissed at myself for letting him stick around so cheaply. T'other player had QQ.

I know I need to rev up my post flop aggression. I just seem to be having trouble doing it in the correct spots. Evidence of that is available in another hand that I posted today.

There shouldn't have been silence since Hero with the likely best hand should have been raising. I think you have to raise the flop here (protect hand, value, see just how much MP2 likes their hand). I hope you didnt let UTG play A9s or 77 on the cheap.

Yeah, raise the flop. If you somehow didn't raise the flop, raise this turn.

I had trouble with post-flop aggression. Posting hands here really helped. A spent one day where I saved every hand that I made to the turn, reviewed all of them, and posted about half of them. The top two comments I got were "bet the river" and "raise the flop." It takes a while to get into that groove, but it makes the money.
