SB is a very tight and I've never seen him raise (in about an hour's time).

There's at least one thing I don't like about this hand but I'll save it for later.

If he's really a rock, you have to put him on kk, aa, jj at worst after he reraises you on the flop. Which is why I don't like the cap on the flop. Everything else looks good.

Agree - if he's truly a rock, you most definitly have the best hand here - the only hand that can beat you that is possible in this scenario is AK - and a rock wouldn't be betting AK the way this character bet AK - you did get lucky to hit your Q on the turn - if that doesn't come, I'm pretty positive you're beat.

Ouch - rough beat - I didn't even see the 4 to the straight on my first lookthrough - I still think you played this pretty perfectly.

I like the aggression, but I probably would have just called the river because any K will kick your ass (and did).

I'd say he is a rock.. he didn't three-bet that river. That's pretty bad.

Hey CT11,
I like your play up until the river. Given your read, KK is a very probable holding for SB. I'd just call the river when he bets. I hope he showed AA, JJ and you won.

EDIT:Just read the results. Sorry, dude.

Just a quick question, if SB raised on the river, would be be correct to call or fold?

Unfortunately, you would have to call a 3bet, I think.

Yah I didn't see the 4 straight that time. The 9 registered as a blank and was removed from my vision /images/graemlins/frown.gif

I probably would have called the river had I noticed that.

Nobody else wants to fold the flop? Why do we even get reads on opponents if not to execute based on them? Way to almost suckout though.
