Okay, I tried to doing a search and there are too many posts to go through. Has anyone posted a starting hand chart for shorthanded play like that nice chart that was done for SSH by a poster.

A link would be greatly appreciated.

Most people choose their starters for SH play based on the same charts as for full ring games. Just knock off whatever positions don't exist. For example, if you are in a six handed game, eliminate the 3 EP's and the first MP.

So any hand you would play from MP2 in a full ring game, you would play UTG in a 6 handed game. Just adapt whatever chart you are using now.

Be aware, however, that the short handed games play differently than the full ring games and the relative hand values change throughout the session, even against the same opponent, depending on your image. Only experience will help you with this part, but just remember that in SH games, situations are more important than cards alone.
