Upon reviewing this hand I realize that I have to raise this river - everyone agree . . .see any other errors?

Raise PF.
Bet the flop.
The hand would play out so differently form here I can't even tell you how to proceed.

Giver your line, I think he has a flush. I see no reason to raise the river sicne VERY few worse hands can call you.

Don't raise the river. If he's bluffing, he folds. If he wasn't, you lose more money.
