MP2 is new to the table but seems relatively tight
MP1 and MP3 are LP

The plan was to c/r the flop, but...

I'd have called down. Raiser may have a weaker K and thinks you have a Q, or he have just a Queen himself.

its often difficult to check-raise the flop when your opponents are passive, tight, and passive. bet the flop.

i'd call this down. you should have the best King and a tight player shouldn't have two pair here.
