Whats your thoughts on this hand?


Party Poker 5/10 Hold'em (6 max, 5 handed)

Preflop: Hero is BB with J/images/graemlins/club.gif, K/images/graemlins/club.gif.
UTG calls, MP calls, Button folds, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: (4 SB) 3/images/graemlins/club.gif, 7/images/graemlins/club.gif, 7/images/graemlins/heart.gif <font color="blue">(4 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="CC3333">Hero bets</font>, UTG calls, MP calls, SB calls.

Turn: (4 BB) 2/images/graemlins/club.gif <font color="blue">(4 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="CC3333">Hero bets</font>, UTG folds, MP folds, SB calls.

River: (6 BB) 5/images/graemlins/spade.gif <font color="blue">(2 players)</font>
<font color="CC3333">SB bets</font>, <font color="CC3333">Hero raises</font>, <font color="CC3333">SB 3-bets</font>, Hero calls.

Cap it. I think it's most likely to be either A4 or 64 or overplayed trip 7's or a smaller flush before it is his 55 he filled up with or the occasional nut flush. I really think trip 7's will do more than check and call both the flop and turn, hence the base for my capping rationale.

looks like A4 with ace of clubs to me, if he flopped a house i think you would've seen action on the turn.

I could see 55 calling down and maybe a 75 that got scared by the flush. If its an unknown player i think you should cap it.. otherwise just call

I thought his bet was very strange and out of place, I couldn't put him on any hands but I figured that a call was in order. He turned over his flopped quads at the showdown to beat my flush. Next hand!

You gotta cap this everytime. 99% of the time he will bet his straight afraid of you checking.
