Based on the chart, I would wait for a pullback to 4.

With the price of oil hitting 50 alot of energy names have done well. My guess is that there will be atleast a pull back. If you remember a few months ago it was interest rates rising and the 'Return of Inflation', long term rates are now falling to all time lows.

I personally, and perhaps foolishly, sold my BPT shares at $39.53. I am hoping to buy them back at $34.
