any reason you didn't cap the flop?

Keep raising the flop. You have a nice hand, but this is by no means a safe board.

3 bet the flop. I like the check raise move, but you were given a chance to nail em with three and you passed. This is a draw laden, high card board and you WILL get called.

On ther turn I would raise UTG's bet (playing the flop the way you did)

I see no reason to lay low and be coy on this flop. By the time it gets back to you after your check, there is already a decent amount of action. I'd start letting the chips fly.

raise raise raise! i doubt anyone cold called 2 or 3 bets with JT or JTs, which means you are only down to KK or QQ on the flop. The turn is kinda scary in that CO could have a T given his call of one bet then the call of the raise. But it looks like the river has made you golden, again with KK or QQ being the only probable hand to beat you. You win this an overwhelming majority of the time

Post flop play looks likes its been discussed. I normally call with 99 vs. UTG limper when I am in EP, encourage a muli-way pot. 99 prefers to be headsup or vs. 5 or more players. Its usually tough to get headsup with 99 from that position.
