Which internet poker site is best?

I am sick and tired of Pacific Poker disconnecting---I've only stayed on because the players are rather weak---they also don't offer no-limit cash games.

So, which internet poker site should I switch to? Party, UltimateBet, PokerStars, ParadisePoker, PrimaPoker, PlanetPoker---any other suggestions?
