I have gotten a linesmaker/manager for one of the online sportsbooks to answer some questions for me. Just out of curiosity, is there any questions that you guys would like me to ask him? Let me know.

Craig,

Just curious as to what you asked and he answered. Thanks for the offer.

I have not asked him anything yet. That is why i wanted some of your guy's input. some questions I plan to ask are the basics (how long in business, etc...), when do you put up your lines, where do you get your lines, what types of games get two way action and what types get one way action, etc... I have a few more, but still trying to decide how to formulate them.

Would be interesting to know if once they post an initial line no matter where they got it, if they then move it based on the action they receive or adjust with the other books.

Please post Q&A...should be interesting

Ask him if he'd ever make me even money to beat Tiger Woods at golf. /images/graemlins/tongue.gif

"If you have a strong view that your line is correct, but the money piles up on one side, do you _always_ move the line/odds to try to balance your books or do you sometimes have enough confidence to let the gamble go"

asked that as well...just in a different way. That was a big one on my list.

That was a cheap shot BeerFund. But let me know Craig because if he will offer that bet to the world I will personally bet on Beerfund. Thanks Jesus
