First off, I'd like to thank everyone for their contributions, sage advice, constructive criticism, etc...

I've moneyed in 3 of my last 5 MTTs, and I can attribute it almost entirely to a steady stream of insight from many here, especially with regard to PATIENCE and DISCIPLINE. I still need to work on the middle stages of tournaments, trying to pick up more blinds and build my stack so I can make more moves later on. That said -- and it's all relative as we're talking about $3-11 MTTs.... -- I feel in complete control and confidence with a short stack.

Scenario here is about 450 left in a 2000 person Multi on Stars. I've been moved around quite a bit, so I have no particular reads yet. I feel my newfound discipline and patience abandoned me here, but I can't figure out exactly where I should have ditched the hand. My real-time thoughts are spliced in....

Thanks for future advice in advance...

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t200 (9 handed)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with Q/images/graemlins/club.gif, K/images/graemlins/club.gif.
Hero calls t200...

(Mistake 1? I like my hand, hate my position. I feel often that from UTG, KQs is too good to fold, too weak to raise with so many left to act. I'm also hoping that a UTG limp might hold some in check so I can see a flop for cheap.)

UTG+1 calls t200, MP1 calls t200, MP2 calls t200, 4 folds, BB raises to t600, Hero calls t400, UTG+1 calls t400, MP1 calls t400, MP2 folds.

(Ok. Nut flush draw. With four callers to the flop, I know I'm behind, but figure my implied odds are HUGE if I can hit the turn..... so I call. Blah. This is a raise all-in or muck, isn't it.....)

BB bets t1000, Hero calls t1000, UTG+1 calls t1000, MP1 folds.

BB checks, Hero checks,

(All my money is going into this pot regardless. Might as well give the big stack in the hand the chance to stab at it with position.)

UTG+1 bets t7035 (All-In), BB calls t4325 (All-In), Hero calls t2570 (All-In).

(BB calls too?!?! At this point I'm just begging that they both have big aces and they hate that third club..... but I suspect my day is done.)

Pot 3: t2710 (t2710), returned to UTG+1.

Lay it on me, my skin is thick.
Results to come (although I'm sure you can guess them...)

You should NOT and i realy mean NOT chase a flush vs 4 ppl if there is a boardpair. Atleast i think so i mean if someone has A7 or if they hit their full house by setting a pocket you will loose all ure money. I dont like to chase draws that might can kill me
