I was hoping to push anybody off a flush draw, and if they do call hoping the board pairs.

Im not sure you should go allin w/ deep money. If u had a huge stack, and raised say 125$, youll most likely only get called by a made flush. I would play it like you have the best hand.

both preflop calls are questionable, especially the last one.

flop, yea push. youd like to be given a chance to raise the re-raiser but he will flat call too often behind you

Well, both bets give enough pot+implied odds for a good player to make money after the flop, ususally when flopping a set.

no they dont. the second one doesnt for sure. its 3 dollars more to call, and his stack is now around 22 dollars. that is far more than 10% of his stack. the first call is incorrect also if he isnt almost positive that he will be able to get all in by the end of the hand. this is tough assumption to make here. the general rule of thumb is that if its 5% or less its an easy call, if its between 5 and 10 it depends on how often you will get his whole stack if you hit, and if its above 10%, fold

You forgot about the dead money in the pot. Also, i think 5% is low. 7% is more correct. Anyways, this is 25NL.

In fact, if either call is wrong, it has to be the first. After that call, the 2nd is for sure correct.

the dead money in the pot (4 dollars) doesnt make the second call worth it. it would have to be quite a big larger to make it worth it even if you could gaurantee that the reraiser would pay you off which his whole stack if you hit. (which you cant)

[ QUOTE ]

besides, its nl25

[/ QUOTE ] the fact that its nl25 doesnt change the fact that you dont have odds to hit your set.

there is another problem also here. when the guy reraises behind you, there now becomes a chance that the open raiser will push or reraise. that is the worst possible situation for you, as you would no doubt have to fold.

also the fact that the reraiser is behind you will make it more difficult to get all in vs him on the flop, reducing your implied odds. not that you had the odds to begin with after the second reriase.
