The Dolphins look horrible, coming off of a short week, against a rested Jets team.

When the Chiefs decide to show up for a game...maybe. I'll go with the stronger defense and a running game that will make KC look bad again

Let's see. The Chiefs offense, which is the only thing they have ever had going for them, are going up against Baltimore's D. Yeah, right.

The Steelers under Roethlisberger managed 13 points in the nasty conditions at Miami's "brutal" D. Anyone think the Jets might score more???

Ew, I don't know about this one, but the Cardinals are really really REALLY bad.

I don't like this one either. But Tennessee just isn't that good this year, and I think the Chargers have the ability to keep it within a touchdown. I don't necessarily expect them to win, but I hope LT can do enough to keep them in it.

Colts vs Jags
Indianapolis has shown an explosive offense. Jags D has been keeping them in it and giving them a chance to win it late. Unfortunately for Jags have to be closer than 14 to win this one late and it isn't happening.

Eagles vs Bears
Grossman out, Brown out, Secondary banged up, Urlacher probably gets a rest here all spells trouble for the bears. TO gonna have a big day.

Chiefs vs Ravens
The Chiefs have thumbed their nose at me first 3 weeks of season. All 3 weeks I make them my 100 pick and they lose. Just a big FU to the Chiefs in making the Ravens my pick here.

Saints vs Cardinals
Cardinals have been keeping games close so I figure its time for them to blowup. Saints in a rout. That and I'm tired of putting the Chiefs in this spot.

Falcons - Carolina has injury problems, though not having Davis won't hurt them that bad. I think Atlanta will bounce back from their "win", their offense will do better and thier defense doesn't look to shabby.

Jaguars - There's some wacky things going on, Colts are 1st in offense and dead last in defense, Jags are last in offense and top 10 in defense. Jags are home dogs, which is nice, and Indy was working against a decimated Packers secondary last week. I think the Jags play for respect, and the Colts offense suffers a let down against a tougher defense.

Chiefs - Better then their record, their offense is anyway. Priest on a 'hurt' ankle still destroyed the Texans whenever they gave him the ball. An unfortunate (but awesome from my perspective) 14 point swing on one play totally changed the Texans game, it was firmly in control before that. Think they'll be pissed and ready to redeem themselves on Monday night.

Redskins - I know I know, don't bet against the home dogs, but damnit the Redskins are better then the Browns in just about every way. At least I moved it down to the $100 game. It's a 2.5 line for the favorite, which I can't resist, they're definitely good enough against a sub 3 point spread.

Here's hoping for 4 profitable weeks in a row.

$300--Giants +7 G-men will score some points i this one.

$200--Cardinals +3.5 Saints will have letdown after win over Rams and I think Cards are due for a win.

I was tempted to take the Chargers because they're getting bonus points over Vegas (+3 v. +7) from the generous Lori, but I got burned last week.

I think the Ravens will walk at home against a bad Chiefs team. Ravens have a crappy offense, but what better balm than a team with a crappy D, and a crappy rushing D at that against Jamal "Not going to jail until the off-season" Lewis?

Pats are just too much for Buffalo. I don't get the Pack/Gints line, but am willing to admit it's probably a trap line, so it only gets the $100 spot. Giants are playing well, losing only to an NFC Title game participant Eagles team. Pack got waxed by the Bears at Lambeau, and then waxed AGAIN by the Colts in Indy. Even if they do recover, they shouldn't beat the Giants by more than 7.
