Empire Support Advice

i recently signed up at empire poker to get a nice deposit bonus but i can't deposit because my validiation email hasn't been sent to me.

this is a pretty big bonus and i don't know when it will expire so i would like to get the issue resolved quickly.

I emailed support three times and they haven't responded yet.

My email address is @mail.com so i don't know if that affects anything. I also don't have any spam filters and I know i haven't blocked their addresses.

Has anyone else had problems with @mail.com? should i try a new email?
