the "Where's my Money" link on Empire

When was the last time anyone was able to access this link (from Cashier/history)? It has never worked for me, and I've been trying for more than a week.

Just worked for me. My default browser is Mozilla but it comes up in IE.

I just logged in to see if it worked, and my balance was zero. My funds were removed as a "Cashback". So I checked my bank account, and my initial deposit had never even gone through. So I guess I've been playing on credit. Wierd. Has this ever happened to anyone else? I received no notification from them, and I am actually down right now, so I guess I owe them money. I guess I'll have to brush up on my Punjabi and call customer service. Oh yeah "Where is money" function works fine... too bad I don't have any. /images/graemlins/confused.gif
