WLLH first and until you understand it.

Yes, it's weak-tight, but you got to have a grasp of addition before you start on calculus.

Untill ITH came out, WLLH (2nd edition) was the best beginner's book. ITH is much better. Either of those first, then SSH, TOP, and HEFAP.

Internet Texas Hold'em by Hilger. It is not just for beginner's, and not just for the internet. A comprehensive and thorough intro through intermediate level text. I had all the others you mentioned, and more, and am glad I bought it. Mason Malmuth, noted gambling authority and co-author of some of those books, also recommends reading SSH before TOP, and Ed Miller of SSH admits that ITH+SSH is better than SSH alone for beginner's. That is a very good course of study.
