Average-Tightish 5-10 game. 3 limpers and I just check with black jacks.

Flop comes T62 all spades. I check, First limper bets, another limper calls, I check-raise, both call.

Turn is a red 5. I bet and both call.

River is a red ace. I check, First limper bets, other folds, and I call.

Comments?

I disagree with you. I don't think the turn and river are very debatable.

Raising preflop is almost surely better than checking. Pot equity, initiative, blah blah blah.

If you've raised preflop you have to bet the flop here.

As it played, you have to bet the flop here. There's no reason to believe your hand is not best and no reason to imagine anyone will bet. In my experience, the monotone board will often freeze everybody up. You don't want to give a free card here. Betting is good.

So you are big blind. I'd consider raising pre-flop, in a tightish game you might limit the field which will help your hand win unimproved, or just for value.

I'd open on the flop.
Turn is fine.
If you raised pre-flop, and lead the turn, then you should lead here. Since you didn't, you did fine by check calling.

Likely you are beat by the Ace of spades with a blank.

So... be more aggressive with your Jacks unless you have reason to believe they are beat early.
