I found the link to the chart

http://www.gocee.com/poker/HE_Value.htm

which are the results of a monte carlo simulation for different numbers of opponents and shows how starting hands faired at showdown.

Why is it that for many of the examples such as AKs against 7 opponents

winning percentage is 25% and not .67^7=6%

In general I thought that since all hands are equal probability of occuring for all n opponents and all boards are equally random and allow for any random board, that for opponents more than 1, we just raise the one oppoenent probability to the power of n (where n = number of opponents).

The results on the chart seem to be much different, so I assume I'm missing something when calculating my probabilities or there aren't enough simulations being run.

Thanks for any insight, explanation, or help!!
