Rake Free Micro-Limits?

And if there are any, which ones have the HIGHEST rake-free limits.

(In case you want to know, I am teaching someone to play, and its come time to just PLAY!!! The student needs to get experience under his belt for as cheap as possible).

I would appreciate any recommendations.
