buy anti-mite spray (They have non-toxic versions) It comes in big bags you can mix with water and spray house.

Gross. Maybe it's your landlord's responsibility to make sure there is no infestations of any kind of bugs, rodents, etc.

If your pillow is 6 years old, on average 2/3 of it's weight is dead dust mites and dust mite crap.

I've never heard of this. I'm washing my bed sheets tomorrow (and doing it more often in the future than I have been).

How are bed/dust mites different (or are they the same) as those really tiny microscopic bugs that live in people's eyelashes or something like that (and I think you can't wash them off).

Years ago I remember seeing electron microscope pictures of them and they sort of looked like armadillos.
