Good No-Limit Book?

My name is Avarice, and I suck at No Limit Hold'em.

However, this affliction could possibly remedied as I have a voracious appetite for information. If any of you have read a good book on NL or PL, and could recommend the advice contained within, please help me, for without your support I will continue to suck at No Limit Hold'em.

If you look at the column on the left side of your screen you will see a list of forums. One of them is called "Books/Software". My guess is that you can find your answer there. Of course they will likely tell you to use the search function, which is a good idea since this question gets asked at least once a week.
