I have my own thoughts but what are yours?

I like him just cause of the way he took care of Keyshawn during last season.

He won a super bowl with Brad Johnson as his quarterback. That sounds pretty good to me.

He's in the upper echelon of coaches in the league. Is this some sort of trick question?

I think Gruden is in the top ten but not the top five. He just inherited a veteran team that had almost zero young talent. The guy won a super bowl with that team, which did have talent shortcomings on offensive, trouncing probably the best two teams in football that year. Now he's paying the price.

If he can rebuild successfully and have them really competing in two or three years, then he goes up into my top five.

He built that Raider team he trounced in the superbowl.

He is really a good coach.

Clearly he's competent. What's the problem?

True. And I bet he beats the Bucs if he's on the other sideline that day.

I just dont like him and wanted to find a reason not to like him lol. If he can bring the Bucs back to being a competive team in the next few years I will concede that he is a good and maybe even great couch.

And that is very important for fans who are couch potatoes.

Great way to make my point by saying couch instead of coach huh? LOL
