I re-raised all-in, not entirely sure if it was a bit of desperation tilt or the right move.
(I was in the big blind, so I had 180 left).

IMO this is an easy one. You have less than 3 BBs, which means you will not survive two orbits without getting lucky, and even if you do, doubling up only once will put you back where you are now. I think you just have to grit your teeth and push this one in.

i think a more interesting one is: would you call here with any two cards?

i think i've read you shouldn't fold if you put in 1/3 of your stack in the blind, but that was talking about a multi-table tournament - don't know if it applies.

I think this is pretty easy as well. I'm not sure that I'm pushing with any 2, but I think that you have to go all in here with any reasonable hand.

Hmm, really? I've been folding hands like Q8 in this spot...you're saying you think I should push back with them?

Is your 280 before or after posting? If it's before and you have 180, I think you have to push with any 2. If it's after, and you have 280 left, then you're risking 280 to win a 760 pot (I think?) I'd definitely call with KT there, because you're no worse than like 40:60 to ace/9orless or a lower pair.

I think that Q8 in that spot is much tougher and would depend on your read of the opponent and (finishes tap dancing)...but I think that I'd call. This is my read for 10+1, remember, but I think that you're going to see an ace or a pair in that spot 2/3 of the time and the other third things like KQ-K8, QJ-Q8, JT, and mho is that you're more like a 65:35 dog to that group of hands, so I would push. And I think that if there's any chance your opponent will make a terrible laydown here, it's much easier.
