I open raise, MP2, CO & both blinds call. 5 to the flop for 10sb

Flop: 4 /images/graemlins/heart.gif 2 /images/graemlins/club.gif 2 /images/graemlins/diamond.gif

SB checks, BB checks, I bet, MP2 folds, CO & SB call, BB folds. 3 to the turn for 6bb

Turn: K /images/graemlins/heart.gif

SB checks, I bet, both call (9bb)

River: K /images/graemlins/club.gif

Wimpy, or is this a case where worse hands rarely call? Results later.

Honestly, I bet this. Ace high calls (and a 4). Nobody has a 2.

I think bet-fold is much much better than check-call here.

EDIT: So, I didn't explain that. Aces call but don't bet. Ditto 4s. As lil' says, no one is likely to have a 2 and K is pretty unlikely but will certainly raise. So if you check, worse hands which would call check through and better hands bet anyway, and there are worse hands out there much more often than better ones.

First of all, it´s clear that you got the best hand in a vast majority of the time here.

In a Live game I would bet this even if I knew that I would only be called/raised by a better hand. Cause I will win the pot without having to show my hand down. As it is you will also get called by worse hands from time to time...

Online I would bet this because my opponents generally... well they suck... and will thus call with as low hands as K high... [censored] u not...
