The hand before this hand transpired my 22 busted my opponent for 2400 pot when it setted vs his KK. The very next hand he fires 80 preflop and i pick up
A /images/graemlins/club.gifA /images/graemlins/spade.gif
I flat call the raise hoping to extract another 900 from him.

The flop comes 5 /images/graemlins/club.gif 6 /images/graemlins/club.gif 9 /images/graemlins/heart.gif
He fires 250.00 I call
turn is 8 /images/graemlins/club.gif
This is where it gets tricky...He checks and I check AA with nut flush draw.

River is 5 /images/graemlins/diamond.gif pairing the board.

He is first to act and fires 680 into under 600 pot. My question is do you call river? Do you raise turn instead of checking? Did I just lay down the winner or did he have straight, flush, set, boat etc? I feel like I may have played too timidly on turn. The thing is the 250 bet on flop feels like I have monster draw or hand...and the check on turn is I either got there or flush scares me. The river pairing may have helped my hand but again he fired 80 preflop??? HELP!

Not reraising preflop vs a possible steaming player who you personally just pissed off is a big mistake.

Not raising the flop is also a very big mistake, you are missing tons of value from overpairs.

Turn is fine.
