I have seen many references to the Independent Chip Model (ICM) in response to posts like "is this a good call?". While I agree that it's not always the best (nor the only) way to determine $EV, it seems to be a good approximation in many scenarios. So this leads me to two questions:
(1) Assuming that somebody has done $EV calculations in Excel using ICM, would you be willing to share the spreadsheet with the rest of us?
(2) How about adding to the FAQ an explanation of ICM and how to use it to calculate $EV, or at least add a link to a good thread on it?
