CO in this hand is an idiot. LAGish one hand, loose-passive the next. MP1 has suffered some horrific beats the last few hands.

Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (10 handed)

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with K/images/graemlins/heart.gif, A/images/graemlins/heart.gif.
<font color="666666">3 folds</font>, <font color="CC3333">MP1 raises</font>, <font color="CC3333">Hero 3-bets</font>, <font color="666666">1 fold</font>, CO calls, <font color="666666">3 folds</font>, <font color="CC3333">MP1 caps $8 (All-In)</font>, Hero calls, CO calls.

Flop: (13.50 SB) 6/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, 6/images/graemlins/club.gif, 5/images/graemlins/diamond.gif <font color="blue">(3 players, 1 all-in)</font>
<font color="CC3333">Hero bets</font>, CO calls.

Turn: (7.75 BB) 2/images/graemlins/spade.gif <font color="blue">(3 players, 1 all-in)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="CC3333">CO bets</font>, Hero calls.

River: (9.75 BB) 4/images/graemlins/heart.gif <font color="blue">(3 players, 1 all-in)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="CC3333">CO bets</font>, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 11.75 BB
<font color="green">Main Pot: 6.75 BB, between CO, MP1 and Hero.</font>
<font color="green">Pot 2: 5 BB, between CO and Hero.</font>

How is the play?

I might have bet the turn, but your way was fine also.

Either bet the turn or C/R. I lean toward betting unless he's a habitual bluffer. Bet the river. If CO will make plays with AT or QJ, give yourself the chance to take the side pot uncontested and give him the chance to give you more money when he does call you down. I think you have a reasonable chance of taking down both pots, or at least splitting the main pot with MP1.
