Read this article (http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A43088-2004Sep22.html). Maybe Kerry isnt the only candidate who can get cooperation from foreign nations..
Surprise surprise though, France and Germany wont contribute (along with Belgium and Spain). Even for this benign mission the US gets no cooperation from these two nations but some how Kerry is going to come along and whisper sweet nothings in their ears to convince them to commit troops.
