I think I botched this pretty much on every street.

46 left. 30 get paid. I have the number 3 stack in the tourney, but #2 and #4 or also on my table, both of whom were in this hand. What would have been the proper pre-flop reraise and what should my post-flop action have been to try to make up for the initial mistake?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t200 (8 handed)

I think you should have raised it up to about 2500 or so pre-flop. That likely would have won the hand right there and if you get hit with an all-in re-raise from MP you can get away from the hand with a nice stack intact.

MP's play was a little weird on the river, but the calling of bets on the flop and turn seems standard with a set. It might be a little weird given the straight and flush draws out there, but it happens. I probably would not be able to get away from this hand very easily.

UTG makes a 2.5xBB raise, there are two callers (cause its cheap) and you just call?

I know that you are out of position, but I think that calling is the worst option here (even behind folding)

Raise it to 2000 straight. Then the callers will have to call 1500 more to see a flop vs an UTG raiser and a blind player that re-raised.

You want to get fewer players involved.
