Hi,
Was having a talk with a friend who never played poker. It got me thinking about the following scenario:
WSOP 10,000 event. 600 players. How many players would knowledgeable handicappers would have to pick so that the picked group is +EV to make more money then the rest of the WSOP field.
Basically if I have a good idea of the skill level of all participants, how many players do I need to choose (assuming I pick the top pros) to insure that the chosen group is more likely to win more money then the rest of the field.
When, I hope this makes sense. My friend and I have a dinner riding on his 300 random vs. my (number to be determined) non-random.
Thanks all.
Andrew
