Multi table connection probs

hello all, does anyone know what might be the cause of constant multi-table connection probs on every site? I have a pentium 4 laptop with a cable modem connection. Some sites I cant even play ring games without phasing in and out. If I am watching a game it will pause and then everything that happened will fly by real quick. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

What wireless router are you using? Some Linksys routers have had problems routing those ports currectly. I had that problem, swtiched to a dlink, and all is good.

Thanks a lot, I do have a linksys router maybe i'll switch to a dlink. How did you figure out the problem?
