Question about the % win chance they show on the ESPN shows...

I'm pretty sure the answer is "yes", but I just wanted to make sure:

When you see the % win chance on the TV screen when you see the two or more hands involved in a hand, do they take into account the other players' discards into the percentage?

Yes. But I think its only hands that they let the viewer see.

The 1 clear example (for which it isn't so clear because I don't quite remember it) was when Soussa went all-in during the $5k NL WSOP that keller won, and he was shouting for a miracle 1 outer, and it already showed the check mark on the flop because an opponent folded his only out preflop.
