Hello, I recently purchased "Small Statkes Hold'em" and in the introduction it states that strategies are different from a high stakes game. When I move up to a high stakes game, how radical a change will I need to make in my Game? Also, would love some recomendations on reading once this happens. thanks much.

If you are just starting out in low stakes, my advice is not to worry about it just yet. A lot of the differences will only become clear once you've got some more experiene under your belt.

In general, though, I'd say the biggest adjustment is that the players you are playing against are typically smarter, more experienced, and more difficult to read.

Hey Slut,

Generally, "High Stakes" is considered anything above 40/80. If you're jumping up from small stakes (10/20 and lower) straight to that, I think you're making a mistake.

Huh? Someone else asked the question, not me.
