Help please

I dont' know where else to post this. A few days ago i noticed that when i came to this site the latest postings were from several days ago. In other words, the postings were not updating.

I figured out that if i scrolled to the bottom of the page and hit the "change" button the posts would update. But this has never happened to me before and it does not seem like its going away. is there something up with my browser? I recently downloaded some Microsoft critical updates. Any help will be appreciated.

See if this does it (I assume you are using IE):

Tools
Internet Options
Click on Settings under the heading Temporary Internet Files
Under Check for newer versions select Every Visit to the Page
