Phil has K7, Annie K9, board is Kx9x... ESPN says Phil still has a chance. What did I miss? Did he have a straight draw I didn't see?

The board was K 6 9 J. A second jack would have split the pot, but I can't see any winning outs for Phil. This really confused me too.

Of course, 3 outs give him 6% to tie, and the graphic said he had 3% to win, so I think I am missing something too.
