<font color="CC3333">UTG bets</font>, MP1 calls, Hero calls.

Turn: (5.16 BB) A/images/graemlins/club.gif <font color="blue">(3 players)</font>
<font color="CC3333">UTG bets</font>, MP1 folds, <font color="CC3333">Hero raises</font>, UTG calls.

My thinking:
People at Party 3/6 love to check-raise when they make two pair or trips. I think more often then not this weird river bet means the bettor can't beat top pair, and only rarely has the bettor made a hand he is looking to 3-bet.

I would raise the flop for a free card on the turn.

I think the problem here is that a large percentage of the time UTG is either bluffing and won't call your raise or has a big hand he will 3-bet. I don't think he'll just call with a worse hand enough times to give your raise much value.
