Betting this flop is a waste. You won't win, and you will get raised a lot of the time, and all you have is a one card gutshot draw.

Check-fold the flop isn't a bad line given the liklihood of this board (cards in the playing zone) connecting with someone. The river bet is pretty bad IMO, headsup I like it more, but... I'd also be inclined to check the turn, as you don't want to get raised and don't figure to take it down with 2 flop callers and don't have a value bet with your 12 out draw.

I realize that check-folding has become passe for some reason, but sometimes it's the right play. You don't need to try to win every pot.
