(drumroll, please.... ) none other than <font color="blue"> scalf! </font> It might have been jamesburke, who posted his picks first... but for making the biggest turnaround in Week #2 (as well as getting a <font color="red"> section named after him </font>), dear old scalfie gets to be top dog for a week!

The Eagles killed off all of the perfect week shots (E-A-G-L-E-S EAGLES!!!)... but for a number of people it was an ugly, ugly week...

I still don't get that though are my details of the end correct?

They have it 3rd down just used their last time out with about 30 seconds left at about the 25 yard line. Even if he holds onto the ball, the feild goal unit has to rush onto the feild for a hurried 41 yarder. Why not kick on 3rd down if you're just going to run up the gut for no gain? I guess it's better if they had won by 2 giving 3 I would have really been pissed. /images/graemlins/mad.gif

The "Top 5" by $$ wagered went 2-3, to make them 5-5 on the year.


The "Top 5" by # of times picked also went 2-3 (St. Louis replaces the Bungles but both lost), and is also 5-5 (last week, all 5 teams were the same).

Three teams (Ravens, Falcons, and Panthers) were picked exactly 1 time. All three teams won. Teams picked 3 times or less went 7-4 on the week.

My rough calculations indicate that as a mass, we lost $2,700 this week. Last week we won $14,600, so it's okay. YTD: +$11,900

The "Survivor" pick won again (regardless of which way you interpret my incoherent babble in the pick summary post from Sunday). I'll track both the $$ pick and the # of picks pick.
