This is a funny article about how Bush is clueless about who the terrorists are. He mixes them all up. He's just guessing who the terrorists are.

Wrong Abu the terrorist haunts Bush on campaign trail (http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&cid=1521&ncid=696&e=7&u=/afp/20040921/pl_afp/us_vote_bush_blooper)

You say Dubya is mixing up (http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&cid=1521&ncid=696&e=7&u=/afp/20040921/pl_afp/us_vote_bush_blooper) his terrorists. OK but what's so funny about Dubya messing up away from the teleprompter? A joke that is so often repeated is no longer a joke.

..Is it true that there are going to be debates?

Each one of the debates carries clearly a negative expected value for George W Bush.

Am I susprised he agreed to them? No, because he is a lousy poker player. (As I explained already (http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showthreaded.php?Cat=&Number=1003721&page=&view=&s b=5&o=&vc=1).) But people seem intent on staking that horse still!

Four more years with a lousy horse. /images/graemlins/cool.gif

Kerry's problem is that he cannot communicate the failures of the Bush administration in simple terms that have meaning for people.

He was on Letterman last night and had the opportunity, but he did a terrible job. Letterman even gave him the opportunity to explain why he voted against the 87 billion dollars and he screwed that up.

I'm not so sure he will win the debates. Bush will stick with his simpleminded feel-good message and everybody will eat it up.
