Can I value bet this river?

A pretty routine hand, until the river. UTG+1 had been a maniac (he must have fallen asleep on this hand), MP is very loose and very passive.

Trip K's is normally a non-brainer value bet, but with a 4-flush and a OESD on the board, is it worth it? Is this a place to apply Clark's Flush Theorem?

I check the river. You lose to any ace, nine, or club. The first problem is that nines, aces, and even small clubs are likely to check-call this river because they fear you have a big club. The second problem is UTG+1 is a maniac so you don't know how to respond to a checkraise.

hmm majorly risky to bet here i think! Although it is a wonder the maniac didnt start trying to bet or raise with that dangerous board,maybe he actuallty had something ;-)

I bet and pay off a maniac checkraise if the LP folds. I fold to an LP checkraise. The maniac has crapola given his passivity, and LP can have, and call with, absolutely anything. Neither bet so I think a flush is doubtful. If they have an Ace, good for them.

FWIW, I did check the river. My opponents turned up Q6/images/graemlins/heart.gif and Q9/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, so I saved a BB.
