Rule books?????

I began running a weekly poker game at my home. We play 7 stud hi lo and Omaha hi lo, both with 8 as a qualifier.


I am looking for a rule book that can provide me with a consistent way of making decisions and quelling all fires before they start.


I am particularly interested in rules dealing with: boxed cards, exposed cards, exposed hands, cross talk, miscalling of hands, etc.


Any and all advice is welcome.

Bob Ciaffone has a newly written rule book available online. Below is a link. Note that Bob was a major influence on the Los Angeles area rule book and the old Las Vegas Hilton rule book.
