This is a perfect fluff movie. Plot is very simple and hangs together about as good as any fluff movie plot, which means a bit loose put good enough to keep the action going. What makes the movie is the visual tone, color, and quality of film. It really is quite unique in this respect and is worth seeing just for this aspect. The Special Effects are also superb. As long as you do not take the film too seriously or expect too much from the characters it is well worth seeing. The babes are also nice but no skin, this is a comic book movie.
