Championship NL & PL Hold'Em by TJ Cloutier and T McEvoy
(Truth: This is mostly TJ's book and it's very good)

"The Eight Mistakes in Poker". Not a book, but an article by D. Sklansky. The best "condensed" piece of poker advice ever written.
