Spent 12 hours at Paragon Casino in Marksville, Louisiana saturday. They still spread 4-8 HE and 1-5 stud with a .50 ante. 2 of the 4 stud tables were going, and all 4 HE tables were rocking with a list of 8-12 at all times. $6 meal comp with 4 hours play, although you could get it after an hour cause they were so busy and didn't care. The room is still non-smoking which is nice.
What is not nice is lack of experience of some of the dealers and floor, which I'll explain in a post in the General HE section of 2+2.
To call the action at Paragon passive is an understatement. Besides me, the blinds were not raised for 2 hours at one point. I saw all kinds of premium hands shown on the river that were not raised. Amazing.
