Looking for some comments on the following questions...
In SH, against open raise from c/o or button, is it ever correct to just call the bet or is it better to reraise and come out firing if I have a hand worth calling in the first place?
In addition, what types of hands should I play from the BB in a raised pot with 1, 2, 3 callers?
I think my blind play could use help and would be grateful for any comments.
