In both hands, if you can confidently fold to a 3-bet then I raise the river. Otherwise, I like your line.

I raise AJ 95%+ UTG in 3/6.
All good, as long as you dont know how he will play QQ/JJ on the river you have to call.

I´m fine with this one too, dont think there is any reason to be aggr and allow him to lay down or get more bets in when you have position.
