I _might_ call the flop 3-bet, but folding's fine too. I don't think it's sucky at all. You have no strong draws and you could be very behind at this point.

I have one quick question, if he had a backdoor flush draw as well, would calling or raising be an option?

Maybe calling if they were super aggressive and raising the flop wouldn't be horrible if you think you could buy the button.
