Transferring money from site to site

Does anyone know of an easy way to transfer money from a bankroll on one site to another. I can't use my credit card on either site and I've tried all the methods. I'm mainly talking about Party and Stars. I would like to transfer money from one to the other. Has anyone done this before? Is there any way to use those online banks for transferring?
